Harmonize Your Gut, Mind, & Body

Empowering you with the tools to overcome GI issues and restore your well-being

Hi! I’m Elyce

I help people who feel their life is controlled by their digestive issues and the understandable feelings of fear, anxiety, or stress perpetuating their digestive distress. Sound familiar?

If so, you’re experiencing the gut-brain connection. I’m here to create a safe and compassionate space to explore your root cause and find reasonable solutions to help break that cycle, improve your digestive distress, and restore some agency in your life.

As an anti-diet, Health-at-Every-Size (HAES®) Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, I help you support the gut-brain connection without restrictive diets, calorie counting, food police, or perpetuating diet culture.

Focused on Partnership,
Not Perfection

Being “the best” doesn’t interest me. I’m interested in being a strong listener, an advocate, and an authentic, compassionate human. While I may specialize in nutrition and the gut-brain connection, you’re the expert in you—which is a fundamental piece of our partnership and achieving your goals.

That’s why I embrace an anti-diet, HAES® approach. In a world steeped in harmful diet culture, my goal is to help you re-establish trust with your body and feel balanced and in control of your food choices. Intuitive eating is one way we can achieve this, and the HAES® approach provides a safe and non-judgmental space for us to explore this together.

Rebalance Your Gut and Mind

Our gut and our brain are deeply interconnected.
When you support one, the other benefits, helping restore balance to your overall health.

Are your digestive issues stressing you out? You’ve come to the right place.

I’ll help you find reasonable and attainable nutrition solutions for the factors impacting your gut health without judgment or assigning morality to food(s). (Hint: there are no “good” or “bad” foods!)
